This policy explains how the Sports Intelligence website and its connected account, publication and partner services handle personal information. It covers visitors, registered users and partner account holders. Separate third-party websites linked from articles have their own policies.
Information we handle
- Account details: your email address, account identifier and basic profile information returned by the sign-in method you choose. Google sign-in may provide your name and profile picture.
- Subscription and access: your plan, permissions and partner account association where applicable.
- Service activity: requests made to the Site or partner API, access and security events, and information needed to operate and troubleshoot the service.
- Communications: information you provide when contacting us or requesting support.
Published sports information and evidence are part of the public editorial service; they are separate from your account information.
How we use it
We use this information to authenticate you, maintain sessions, provide the features and subscription access you request, manage partner API access, protect accounts and services, investigate errors, and respond to support or privacy requests. We do not need your Google password and do not receive it.
Service providers
We use providers to host the website, manage authentication and databases, send sign-in email, and deliver or measure the service. Information needed for those functions may be processed by those providers under their own applicable terms. When you open a third-party source linked in a news story, that site receives your visit directly. We do not sell your personal information through this Site.

Browser and server request information may be used for security and service operation. You may clear cookies in your browser, but doing so can sign you out.
Retention
