Using the service
These terms govern your use of the Sports Intelligence website, its public publication and the account areas available to you. By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you use the Site on behalf of an organisation, you must have authority to do so.
Accounts and sign-in
Provide accurate information when creating or using an account. Keep control of your email and sign-in provider and do not share account access. You are responsible for activity under your account, except where caused by our failure to meet applicable obligations. Tell us through the contact or support channel if you suspect unauthorised use.
Subscriptions and access
Some competitions, intelligence and partner features require an eligible account, subscription or separate agreement. Availability is determined by the access granted to your account. Fees, billing periods, cancellation and plan changes, when applicable, are presented in the relevant purchase or partner agreement; this page does not create a paid subscription by itself.
Editorial and sports information
Public articles and sports data are provided for information. We work to correct material errors, but scores, schedules, source reports and analysis can change. Predictions and model-implied fair odds, where separately offered, are estimates rather than guarantees. Nothing on the Site is a promise of a sporting or financial outcome or a recommendation to place a bet. Third-party source links are provided for attribution and context, not as an endorsement of their sites.
Partner API
API access, keys, permitted usage, limits and commercial rights are governed by the applicable partner plan or agreement. Do not expose your API key or allow anyone else to use it. You may not circumvent rate limits, entitlement checks or security controls. Additional restrictions in a partner agreement take precedence for that partner service.
Responsible use and content rights
Use the Site lawfully and respect other users and rightsholders. Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access, disrupt the service, scrape protected content in violation of applicable agreements, or misrepresent Sports Intelligence reporting. The Site design and original content remain subject to applicable intellectual-property rights; third-party material retains its own attribution and licence terms.
Availability and changes
We may update features, correct information, or temporarily restrict access for maintenance, security or legal reasons. We may suspend access when there is a material misuse or security risk. We will make reasonable efforts to keep essential services available, but do not promise uninterrupted access through these general terms.
Limits and questions
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is supplied without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, error-free data or particular sporting results.
